First row as empty in CSV file

Hi Team,

This is regarding Schema based Account import job for a disconnected application.

CSV data file which we are receiving from client have first Row empty so Schema account job is getting failed.

We are seeing following error --->"SAV file column count is greater or less than csv file column count."

Is there any way we can make schema account import job success by having first row as empty.

@Ashir  Can you share your SAV and sample CSV file. Error is more of columns list provided in SAV are not same as present in CSV.

You can’t have any row blank in import sheet. Ask client to make required changes in csv
