Firefighter ID and Emergency ID setup

Hi,

I'm not able to find any documentation for Setting up firefighter id accounts and Emergency access id. I can only find documentation related to how to raise a request not how to configure Emergency access id

Please help me with Emergency Access ID setup documentation.

Hi @sudeshjaiswal ,

I'm not able to understand what configurations are necessary at Security system and Endpoint level to make Emergency Id requestable. When i click on "request emergency access id" i does not allow or show me any way to request for an Emergency id. Can you please provide a step by step configs that i have to follow to differentiate Firefighter id from Service accounts and request only for Firefighter id. PFB the screenshot of emergency access id request page. Nothing happens if i click on request tile(Rest).
