Filtering out entitlement to import from REST Connector

Hello,

We have a use case where we want to import all but one entitlement from our REST connector application. This entitlement's name = 'aad_Fueled :fire:' and as you can see it has an emoji in it. As Saviynt does not support this type of character, we don't want to import this entitlement.

Is there an effective way to do this?

Does target application provides filter on API. if yes you can implement else not
