Hi Team,

We have SFTP OOTB connector configured in our Saviynt environment, we have 2 questions,

1. Max size to download .csv file to Savinyt is 10 MB, what if the .csv file is more than 10 MB?

Permissible Values for File Transfer (saviyntcloud.com)

2. We have multiple disconnected applications, and we are using SFTP connector to load the .csv file into Savint, do we need to create multiple SFTP connector for each disconnected applications?

  1. It simply skips the files which over permissible file size.
  2. You don't need multiple SFTP Connections as along as you have files from all applications in to one SFTP server. If that is not the case then obviously you have to make seperate connection.

We have a file which exceeds more than 10 mb, in this case , what will be the procedure.
And also want to clarify we can add multiple files in SFTP connection but each file size should be less than 10MB?

    • Not really sure, I can think of splitting the file and configure take no action when account not in file so that it will keep on adding the entries. But problem is if you want to mark account as suspended when account is actually deleted you cannot achieve using this approach. Hence I won't suggest that. Try to open a ticket with Saviynt and see if they support files more than 10MB

    • YES
