File based Users Import Job Failing after Update

File based Users Import (SchemaUserJob) has been failing since an update earlier this week. Our production environment had a minor release to v23.1 on monday 1/16 and ever sense, that job has been failing every time we try to run it when importing new users, however, it works when we do an import to terminate the users employment.

Any thoughts or ideas? We have submitted a freshdesk ticket but have not gotten a response so im posting on here.

Can you share logs. we have seen issues with v23.1 with other functionality
