External user access to Saviynt using multiple IDP's

Hello Team, 

We have multiple ID's configured with SSO enabled to access Saviynt. 
Is there any option to provision accounts to external users without having an user created in Saviynt ?

Please let me know on the options to avoid the user account creation for external users who could authenticate directly to the external source/IDP.

Hi @Manojh , to be able to raise a request for UI or from saviynt rest API user should be present in the system.
