Extend End Date Calendar Icon Missing- User Manager Campaign

Hi All, 

Good Day!

We are in the phase of migrating from SP3 v5.5 to v2023. A user manager campaign is getting launched based on an update in the End date of the user for an internal of 7 days. 

When the campaign is launched in v5.5 we can see the calendar icon to select the date and extend the end date of a user. 

But in the v2023 the calendar icon is missing when the campaign is launched. 

During campaign configuration "Emplyeement Verification -> Extend End Date Limit Days is set as 180days in both the versions(v5.5 and v2023). 

There is no difference in the campaign configuration done in both the versions. Could anyone please help in knowing what could be the issue for the calendar icon not being shown in the v2023?

Please enable this and launch the campaign. Let us know if it works.

Thank you for the response. I don't see this option being listed when searching for "Extend End Date" in the field (Image added below). Please do let know if there is any other change needed to be made for this option to be visible in the field when configuring the campaign.

Hi @rushikeshvartak 

We are trying to launch certificate from User Update Rule - checked in the user update rule page - Campiagn Configuration. The Extend End Date option is unavailable.

only three options are listed in the list : Works for me, does not work for me, terminated. 

Note: It was checked in the certificate page as well - Same result.
