Existing Access removal when user raise a request from ARS for AD

Hi Team,

We have requirement such that when user raise an access request from ARS for AD Application , one of the user existing entitlement/access should be removed and newly assigned entitlements/access should be provisioned.

Is this requirement possible from Saviynt IGA.Please check and let us know as soon as possible.

User need to remove entitlement manually or you can remove entitlement from actionable analytics.

Hi @sukoor ,

It would be possible when you select request option as Dropdown by adding Remove Task For Existing Entitlement configuration in Create Task Action field under entitlement type.

If you are using Table as a request option then it's not possible OOTB, then you need to remove it manually or through actionable analytics.
