Execution trail table shows no data found

Hi Team,

We observed strange thing recently in PROD.For few users zero day provisioning did not happen(In execution trail from  polices module it said <did not run zero day since runzeroday is set to false> <rule run is successful> refer below screenshot), next to this for few users it did work properly.So when I try to get the execution trail report in analytics or in the analyzer it says no data found. Can anyone tell me is there any archival table which can store data?

Hi Harsha,

It looks like more users got imported than the limit set for 'userImport.zeroDayLimit' under externalconfig.properties and therefore there was no action taken for the users exceeding the limit. please validate this value at job trigger and externalconfig.properties.

If you still face any issues, I would recommend raising a FD ticket referencing this post along with the logs for further analysis
