Hi All, I'm getting below error while executing a query similar to below in data analyser.

Error-Error : execute command denied to user 'abc'@'%' for routine Saviynt.ABCgenerateaaaSAMAccountname_contractor

The same query works in Prod but throws above error in Dev.We are using function here to generate SAM Account. And this query works in update user json but not in import xml and data analyzer.

Select u1.username as username,CASE WHEN u1.country in ('AA','BB') AND u1.employeetype='Third Party' THEN ABCgenerateaaaSAMAccountname_contractor(u1.firstname,u1.lastname,u1.employeeid,'52') WHEN u1.country not in ('AA','BB') AND u1.employeetype='Third Party' THEN ABCgenerateaaaSAMAccountname_contractor(u1.firstname,u1.lastname,u1.employeeid,'53') WHEN u1.country in ('AA','BB') AND u1.employeetype <> 'Third Party' THEN ABCSAMAccount(u1.firstname,u1.lastname,u1.employeeid,'52') WHEN u1.country not in ('AA','BB') AND u1.employeetype <> 'Third Party' THEN ABCSAMAccount(u1.firstname,u1.lastname,u1.employeeid,'53') END as sAMAccountName,'CONTRACTOR/DISTRIBUTOR_ONBOARDING_STARTED' as ActionType, (CONCAT('EnterpriseRole-AAA-',u1.customproperty56)) as CP48, r.customproperty1 as CP45 from users u1 join roles r on r.ROLE_NAME = (CONCAT('EnterpriseRole-AAA-',u1.customproperty56)) where u1.statuskey ='1' and u1.comments = 'Saviynt Managed' and u1.employeeType in ('Third Party','Distributor') and u1.country in ('AA','BB','CC') and u1.customproperty5='NEW CONTRACTOR DISTRIBUTOR PROFILE CREATED'

Hi @Sushma

Can you confirm the version in Dev and Prod?

Raise support ticket. It seems you are using stored procedure which does not having access to service account used in dev data analyzer.

Stored Procedure name : ABCgenerateaaaSAMAccountname_contractor

Try running same from analytics.

Seems to be permission issue.

Check teh difference in your 2 instance. Best option would be get in touch with Saviynt Ops.

Hi All,

Thanks for the reply.

Actually in DEV instance, custom tables are not defined so It was throwing authorization error.

The same query worked in Prod as we have custom tables defined there.

If your issue resolved you can accept solution
