Exclude accounts from being able to be managed through Change Account password for self?

Is it possible to exclude certain accounts from being managed by self service account management for password reset?

You can write access query under endpoint.
change password access query.

If this is global not specific to endpoint you can specify under sav role (who can request - advanced config - json)

or the Access Query?
