Estimated time to approval and estimated time to fulfillment are not populated

The above values are not being populated, is there a configuration that needs to be changed somewhere to make this work?

Unable to find anything in docs either regarding this

I appreciate you reaching out to the Saviynt forums.

To configure global configurations for Preferences:

  1. Log in to EIC.

  2. On the top right corner of the Home page, click the Applications icon, and then click Admin.

  3. Click the Menu icon.

  4. In the left pane, click Global Configuration.

    The Global Configuration page is displayed.

  5. Select Preferences from the drop-down list, and specify values for the Show Approval and Fulfillment ETA.
