We are trying to request AD entitlements for multi-users we have selected 2-3 entitlements we are getting an error as below.

Did all the required entitlement types for the application are added at least with one entitlement before trying to go to next page?

Hi,
What is the behavior when you request for single user and select the same set of entitlement.
Also can you make sure that the entitlement that you are requesting are Active in Saviynt.

After submitting the request no tasks are created and nothing visible in the request history.

Did the application had any workflow attached to it? If yes did the request go through all the approvals?
Are you saying even after all the approvals the task are not created in the system? The above screenshot only says about submitting the request.

Yes, the application has workflow attached and the request is not going through approval. The auto-approval workflow is set, but nothing is visible after submitting the request in the approval history.

We are also seeing same behaviour. If we do bulk upload option then requests are getting created but if we use multi select option then requests are not getting created. Have workflows in Respective security systems as well as auto approval for Bulk upload. It also works as expected if we submit requests with regular request process(Request for Self or Request for others).
We are able to fix the issue by providing comments while submitting the request through multi user option(though comments are not mandatory on the final page somehow in backend it is looking for comments)

Is the issue resovled now or still if you are facing any issue , if yes let me know when you are facing , is the request not getting created or you are not able to move ahead with above message ( page ).

Hi @Darshanjain,
This issue is not yet resolved for us. We are able to request access for multiple users for all the endpoints other than Active Directory.
For AD after requesting the access no request is generated and tasks are created.
