Error while adding entitlement to newly created Emergency Role in V2023

Hi,

We have received fresh Saviynt 2023 environment and when we are trying to add any entitlement to Emergency role we are getting below error. Has anyone faced such issue?

Please share the error log.

Also make sure you are not having multiple tabs open while making the changes

@AP can you please confirm if you have added a workflow for modification?

please go to Admin > Global Configuration > Roles

you can use role modification auto approve check box if you want the changes to be approved or below that you’llhave a config to add a workflow if you want any other approval flow.

Hi All,

We were using OOTB Manager workflow that comes with V2023 in Role creation,modification global configuration and with that workflow we were getting this error. Once we created our own manager workflow, this issue got resolved.
