Hi,

We have SAP HANA system and we successfully imported the accounts and  entitlements. While provisioning, we are getting the error "Unable to initialize SAP system". Attached the log for reference.  Any help appreciated.

Can you check if the below parameters have been defined correctly in the Connection as these might be causing the issue.

PROV_JCO_MSHOST
PROV_JCO_MSSERV
PROV_JCO_GROUP
PROV_JCO_R3NAME

Try restarting server and share connection config
