Hi @RutujaM ,

This seems to be issue with the data in your csv file.

Can you share the file and the logs?

Note: Do not upload any attachments that contain sensitive information, such as IP Addresses, URLs, Company/Employee Names!

@RutujaM ,

I can able to import the user from the file. Can you share the error again?

Same error.

@RutujaM ,

Nothing much in logs to figure the issue.

Please try it in different environment.

Also, raise a Freshdesk ticket because I could able to import the user successfully with same file.

If this helps, please select Accept As Solution and hit Kudos

Hello Rutuja,
You have chosen the following configuration at global settings, which creates a request and waits for approval when users are uploaded.

NikitaPawar__0-1716550845107.png

If this configuration is selected, please choose the workflow according to your requirements.

Check this configuration under Global Configuration > Identity Lifecycle. If it is not present, add it and verify by uploading a CSV file.

If this helps, please select Accept As Solution and hit Kudos

Best,
