Hi Team, 

Whenever we try to request access to AD for any user it throws this error.

Please help here

Do you have any dynamic attributes and access query configured at AD endpoint level?

Also, please confirm in which step you are getting this error? If you can paste the error screenshot here that will be helpfull

Hi Smitha,

I am getting this error when I am requesting any access request for any user to assign that user a AD account.

Also no query is been configured at any endpoint level.

Any error in logs? Please validate the workflow once. Some times this error pop ups if system wont able to resolve workflow components.

 

What’s error in logs

This might be an issue in the workflow. I would suggest try with Auto Approval WF (just to rule out wf issue and narrow down the issue)
