We have configured the Register User form in Saviynt. When we fill the user creation form fields and click on submit, the user will be created, and all form fields are updated in the user's details.

When we open the update user form, select the user, fill in the updated information, and click on submit, we encounter the error: "An error occurred”.

If we remove the "Preferred First Name" and "Employee Type" fields from the form, the user update form will work correctly.

Can you please guide us on how we can resolve this issue?

@PratikPokale following things to check :

1. Validate the attribute used for mapping the columns?

2. Check if the values are updated on the form post user creation?

3. Is there attributes exposed on update user request form?

4. Does these values are calculated based on some other values?
