Entitlements are getting removed without any rule triggered.

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue:

We have one sav_to_sav connection(user import) where it fetches Email id from account and update in the user profile. During that time these 2 entitlements(Gg-AMS-S_Dispo_ModifierCommande,Gg-AMS-S_DispoTools) are getting removed from the account without any rules getting triggered.

Please help us on this issue to resolve.

Can you check your User Import XML at the connection level and make sure the below is not set to true?

Hi,

If it is not set to true, it will not trigger any rule.

we need to trigger other rules as well, and there is no rule to remove the entitlements, but it is still happening.
