Entitlement Owner Update

1) We are getting reqeust via Servicenow integrating with saviynt api to update entitlement owner. However, when entitlement owner is updated by webservice, we found this this is not recorded in entitlement history. is this something exepcted? 

2) When new owner is added, is there a way to send email notification to new owner?

  • Entitlement owner history is not updated when its updated via API 
  • There is no email trigger available when new owner is added
