Entitlement Attribute Mapping

We have noticed that when we do a file based import in Saviynt and later run an AD data import job that reconciles the entitlement to an existing group in AD, the attributes in Saviynt are not updated. We do see attributes come in if we're importing directly from AD.

Has anyone encountered this issue? I would appreciate some inputs/solutions on how to get the attributes in.

Hello @GOE,

Can you please elaborate more about your use case,  as why you need the entitlement to be imported from the file and reconcile to AD groups, and why not directly reconciling the groups from the AD to Saviynt.

Also how are you importing the entitlement is it directly uploading from the UI or using the schema import.
