Endpoint column under approvals shows null

Hello,

We recently upgraded to v2020.

When the request is submitted and approver checks the request under "Pending approvals", the Endpoints column shows null. The endpoint has the displayname set already.

Also, when view page is clicked, it shows below error at the bottom of the page.

Any suggestions please..

What is error do you see in logs ?

Does endpoints_properties have duplicate entry for same endpoint ?
