Enabling Users after one click disable

Hi Everyone,

We have the following use case:

When user was disabled via one click disable, with that off course the AD account was disabled. So entitlements is still linked to AD account, and account still mapped to disabled user.

So let say we want to enable the user and all accounts with that, how will this be achievable? Through ARS you can request enable of AD account, but then user first needs to be enabled. Surely there has to be a better way other that making user active through UI and then requesting enabling of accounts is there not?

Looking forward to your responses

Regards,

Frik

How are you creating the users into Saviynt? Do you have any authoritative source like Workday, AD etc.?

Then the feed should come from auth source for enablement. Write a user update rule based on the attribute (which detemines it's a enable scenario) change with 'Enable User' and 'Enable User Accounts' action to enable the user and user accounts.
