Enable account task not picking up by provisioning job

Hi team,

We have a AD connector. We created a user update rule to enable account for that endpoint based on a custom property value. The task is successfully generated but the provisioning job is not picking up that enable account task from pending task list.

From logs also we did not get any error message.

Appreciate any suggestion on the same to proceed further.

Hi @Soumyaprateek ,

Greetings.

Please try to run provisioning job for only that task with the help of advanced query in WSRETRY trigger and check if the task is getting picked by the job in the logs. 

Also did you notice anything in the provisioning comments of the task for any error being recorded.
