Emails not triggered from one email

Hi,

I have created few email templates for attestation.

In the FROM part if I use- SOXAttestaion@companyname.com- It works. Emails are triggered.

If I use- AccessReviews@companyname.com- it doesn't work and emails are not triggered.

Any Advise Please.

What is configured in your Email Server Setting under Email Address?

Settings--> Email Server Settings-->Email Address

Whatever is configured over there , you will have to use the same.

Hi,

Under  Email server setting, the email configured is "AccountAdmin@companyname.com". which is completely different.
