Emails are not triggering on termination.

Hello All,

If a user has access to 7 endpoints it is triggering one email for each endpoint on remove access(termination)
Even if the user has 20-30 entitlements.


 I found the pattern of the issue.

Here is an example:

If I have access to 7 endpoints.
E1 has 4 entitlements  and 4 remove access task are created- It is only triggering one email instead of 4 emails
E2 has 1 entitlement and 1 remove access task are created -  It is only triggering one
E3 has 3 entitlements and 3 remove access task are created-  It is only triggering one email instead of 3 emails
E4 has 10 entitlements and 10 remove access task are created-  It is only triggering one email instead of 10 emails
e5 has 1 entitlements and 1 remove access task are created-  It is only triggering one email
E6 has 2 entitlements and 2 remove access task are created-  It is only triggering one email instead of 2 emails
E7 has 5 entitlements and 5 remove access task are created- It is only triggering one email instead of 5 emails

Can you please suggest me a solution for this.
How can we trigger all the emails.

What have you attached the email template in your configuration?

IT is attached at the Endpoint level for all disconnected applications.

Is the template attached at EP or WF?
