Emails are not triggering in DEV due to Application Throttled

Hi Everyone,

 
I ran Email History Job (EmailHistoryJob) to trigger actionable emails for workflows. but emails are not triggering. when I check the logs I could see this

Hi @harishyara ,

Can you restart the application services and try to run the email history job after 30 mins of restart once.

There concurrent email can be sent configuration sent on mailbox. Contact Mailbox team and increase limit.

API throttling is the process of limiting the number of API requests a user can make in a certain period.
