Is there any way to check the emails that are in the queue? If so, how can I prevent them from being sent?

A campaign was recently launched, and we didn't receive any reminders. Now, we are about to schedule a reminder job to receive the emails. However, it will send previous reminders as well. How can we avoid sending these previous emails? If not, how can we avoid receiving these emails after the campaign is over and we schedule the job?
