Email Triggered Multiple Times for Same Task

Hi team,

We have configured some email templates to be triggered on Task Creation at the endpoint level. But for some task types, an email is getting generated twice for the same task. For e.g., there are 2 Add Access task creation emails getting triggered for a single Add Access Task.

We have not configured any email at the Global Config level either.

Kindly let me know if any of you have ever faced this issue.

I am unable to replicate the issue. Only one email needs to be sent for one add access task. Please raise a Freshdesk ticket to triage this issue.
