EMail Template to inform organization owners rank 1

Hello all,
We have a requirement to inform the owners of an organization by email when a new user is added to the organization. From the documentation we used the section "Update Organization details using Organization Update Rules" for the implementation and created a corresponding Organization Update Rule. The email is sent as requested when a new user is added to the organization. Now how can we add the organization owner (Rank1) as a recipient in the EMail template? ${ownerEmail} did not work at this point.
