Email template not saving after updation

Hi Team,

We are trying to update one existing Email Template and not reflecting the new HTML script after updating. 

Existing:

Updated:

We are trying to implement a center tag to achieve the logo in center.

We have also tested by creating a new email template but the same results.

Please help us to fix this issue.
