Email Template Body is not updating

Hi Team,

We are trying to update the BODY content, but after clicking on the Update Button, it reflects the previous data.

Expected result:

We are expecting tabular format data. And also when we tried to add the center tag to have the logo center of the content, it was not updating anything reflecting the same as before.

This is happening both on Saviynt Dev and Prod.

Please help us to resolve the issue.
