Email Generation rule not working

Hi I am trying to generate email with email generatation rule . I am using db connector and importing user with the userimport.

Configurations -

But somehow it is not generating any email . Please help

Can you please try by mentioning both @ and . in the special characters section and make sure you don't have any spaces in the custom string you're using. Also did you notice anything in the logs regarding the email generation??
