Hi there,
We are trying to trigger an email upon add access task creation, but it doesn't seem like this email is sending after the add access task is created for some reason. There doesn't seem to be any errors about the email in the logs either. For now we are just trying to send a basic test email with no binding variables to myself. We have also tested emails for other endpoints and they are working, it just wont work for this specific endpoint it seems. Any idea why this email is not triggering?

Is instant provisioning enabled for security system associated with the endpoint?

This might be a bug and will need further troubleshooting. Its better to get this addressed via FD ticket.
