Hi All,

We are trying to import users directly in Identity Repository>Users>Actions>Upload User.

But if any user having some special character in his/her name, then that character is showing  in Saviynt. I have tried to add the special character values under Global Configuration>Identity Lifecycle>User Regex Validation but it doesn't work. Also added the same under Dataset "REPLACE_MAPPING"

Test Name we tried to import : Léonard de Vinci

Please find the screenshot attached for better understanding. Please help how can we fix the issue.

@swagat ,

Save file by file as type CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) and try to import once again.

Thanks @pmahalle It worked for me. Do you know normal import takes Dataset "REPLACE_MAPPING" values or User Regex Validation?

Need to confirm so that we can add other special characters not present.

You need to add preprocessor explicitly
