Hi Team,
We configured notification at disconnected application endpoint on task creation event.
We have to configure notification at endpoint only as this application is part of enterprise role. Hence unable to attach notification at application workflow.
End point owner receives duplicate emails for below scenario -
1. New Account
2. Add Access
3. Delete Account
Does this issue observed in other environment also ? if observed kindly provide workaround solution.

Please raise this as an issue in Freshdesk as only one email needs to be sent out per task.
