Hi @rushikeshvartak ,

We are trying to update email templates or creating new email templates and we are using external html viewer online tool and the content looks good.

But when we copy the same content on the Saviynt email templates it is creating messy with extra characters, spaces. So, I have question do there any way we can validate the content before deploying information on the target workflow or any recommendation.

@srinath Few things to keep in mind for Email Templates :

Content As HTML :

Select whether you want to create the template without HTML tags. HTML tags are available in the template.

  • True - This setting instructs the template editor to remove some tags.

  • False - This setting retains all the tags. It is a recommended setting.

Note the following while creating an email template by using the HTML tags:

  • Do not use more than 2008800 characters in the body field as this is the maximum number of characters that the template supports.

  • Use an inline CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) as Gmail does not support HTML style tags. For more information about converting your HTML tags to inline CSS tags

You can save content to notepad and save file extension as html and validate
