Hi all
When we set a delegate using the "Do Not Disturb" delegate option, certifications are not showing for the delegated users, but ARS requests are being redirected to them. Is this expected behavior, or are we missing any configurations to ensure the delegated users receive campaign certifications?

Does the delegate user have the required SAV Role to perform certification action?
<<
If a delegate is setup for a parent user, the delegate will get access to the objects that are currently pending with the parent user (e.g. approvals, certifications, etc) and the ones that are going to be assigned during delegation period. Delegation does not automatically grant required access within the EIC, if the delegate does not have the relevant SAV role. For example, if a parent user has access to the certification tab via his SAV role, but the delegate does not have access to certification from his current SAV role. When a delegate is setup for the parent user, the delegate does not automatically get access to the Certification tab to act. The delegate needs to be explicitly given the required SAV role to access the Certification tab. When a delegate is setup, EIC will add the delegate in all the email notifications that are sent to the parent user during the delegation period.

Thanks for the response @dgandhi
Here users have all necessary Sav role permissions.
We are using the Do Not Disturb Delegate option, not the normal one. In this case why delegated users can see only the ARS request not the certification campaign.
@rushikeshvartak Does that mean its the issue with product feature?
