Disconnected application file transfer using SFTP Jar connector

Hi,

We have create SFTP jar connection to download the file from source location to Saviynt environment. We are connecting over port 22 with SCP. So whenever we run the application data import job we were getting "Connection timed out"  error.

And we came to know that the file is placed in windows share and connecting over port 22 with SCP doesn't support this.

Anyone has any idea, how we can download the file from windows share to Saviynt?

Thanks & Regards,

Lakhitha

Hello @Lakhitha,

First you need to make the connection works, your connection is getting timeout as you are connecting to port 22, You might try the opening the below ports and make the connections works first.

UDP-137, UDP-138, TCP-139,TCP-445

Thanks.

Hi Sudesh,

Thanks for the response.

Just wanted to make sure that can we import file from windows share?

Or we need SFTP folder setup in order to transfer the file to Saviynt using Jar connector.

Thanks & Regards,

Lakhitha
