Different options in whom to request

Hello Experts , 

i was checking my dev and test environments and found some differences in the whom to request savrole option 

As per my understanding , it's the same saviynt version 5.5SP3.12.15
why are they appearing different ?

Your version is different in both environments 

Raise concern using freshdesk ticket

2nd is latest configuration and previously they having one level hierarchy now they provided query flexibility
