Difference between Notify Certifier Email Template and Reminder email template

Hi,

What is the difference between Notify Certifier Email Template and Reminder email template in the campaign config?

The description in documentation looks similar for both.

Notify Certifier Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for reminding the certifier to complete the pending certification.
Reminder First Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for sending the first reminder to the certifier.

There is also campaign create notification which is used to notify certifiers that a campaign is created and that they have active certification to review. 

Then what is the difference between campaign create notification and Notify Certifier Email Template?
