Hello,
I was reading through the documentation and it says to use the detectiveprovisioningrulesjob for detective techincal rules. When you go to create the job it says the job is deprecated. Does this mean the job will not work?
If so is there an alternative to evaluating detective rules?
Thanks,
Aundre

Yes

Option is available as checkbox under Technical rule
Detective | From Release v5.5.0SP2 onwards, a new option Detective is added to the Technical Rule. In releases prior to v5.5.0SP2, the Detective flag was set in the database when you selected Evaluate Manager Hierarchy from the user interface. The reason to provide Detective option in user interface is it provides clarity that the Technical Rule has the Detective flag enabled. In addition, you need to run the DetectiveProvisioningRulesJob to check the condition and trigger actions. The Evaluate Manager Hierarchy option is dependent on the Detective flag. The Evaluate Manager Hierarchy option is visible, only after you select the Detective flag. |

So I have the Detective option checked already. The documentation here says that you still need to run the DetectiveProvisioningRulesJob. So you still need to run the job even though it says its deprecated?

In future it will be deprecated
