Designing request form with dynamic attribute in Saviynt SNOW app

Hi,

Our client want to use Saviynt SNOW app to raise request for all the application that are developed in Saviynt. We want to know anyone has done this in past and has created custom dynamic attribute in SNOW same as we do in Saviynt.

Any detailed instruction that we should follow for SNOW app integration that also will be very helpful

Hi Srinivas,

I've looked into the documentation for configuring dynamic attributes in Saviynt ServiceNow app as well.

Currently what we can see it that dynamic attributes :

  1. Must be configured on both sides (Saviynt and ServiceNow)
  2. Appear at the end of the request in ServiceNow, and therefore cannot be used to filter the entitlements we want to request.

Is there a way in ServiceNow to make these dynamic attributes interact with Entitlements / Roles to be requested in an application or is it not doable at all ?
