Deprovision Access - User Update rule for selected endpoints

Questions 

Is there a way to apply Deprovision Access for selected endpoints only in User Update Rule in new version? Or, Revoke selected entitlement only.. we don't want to manage all this activity with analytics report any longer if possible..

This is available in higher versions

For v5.5 you can use entitlement customproperty and use in removeaccessjson if entitlement cp1 =donotremove then call dummy api/ query
