Dependent Account Task creation when Request was raised

Hi Team,

We have a use case where we need to create a new account task for a different Endpoint EP2 when user submits request for Endpoint EP1. Is there any out of box solution for this use case.

We thought of using Saviynt DB connection to update the user and get the Technical rule triggered for creating the new account task for EP2. But we are trying to check if there any other way to create New Account task when EP1 request is submitted & processed.

Note: EP2  is not requestable.

Hi @Mohit_Sanka ,

You can use Entitlements with New Account feature under Endpoint for this, but for this you need some entitlements present under child endpoint which will be assigned as default. In your case, create one dummy entitlement in EP2 endpoint. Add that entitlement under Entitlements with New Account of EP1 endpoint.

So whenever EP1 account get added, it will automatically create new account for EP2 and add access task for dummy entitlement.
