If an person having the Role_Enduser sav role and for this sav role the delegation set enable and the same person having Role_It _complaince sav role doen't have deligation set up.

That he can able to set up (create) a delegation ?

If "A" is person having both ROLE_ENDUSER and ROLE_IT_COMPlAINCE sav roles and delegation is enable only for ROLE_ENDUSER

So that the person want to create new delegation but he is not able to create

Shows Access Denied

Both Sav roles required to set enable for Delegation or one Sav role is sufficient to create new delegation?

One SAV Role should be sufficient.

We observed still we are facing issue as "Access Denied"

Can you please provide list of access that you have given? Also did you clear request map post assigning the new access to the sav role?
