Delegate is not getting the access approval request even delegate is active.

Hi Team,

We have setup delegate setup for one manager. When user submitted the request, approval is being assgined to Manager but not delegate. 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have followed steps mentioned in the forum but still no luck.

Can you paste screenshot where you have setup delegate? Is the delegate user active? Is the request raised in the time frame when delegation is assigned?
