Delegate Email template trigger Issue

Hi,

Delegate Assignment Notification Email is configured in our IGA instance under following path.

Global Configuration > Request > Delegate Email template, is configured with a email template. But when simulated and using the 'Delegate Assignee' option in the request, when delegated to another user, it is not sending any email notification to the Delegate Assignee.

Request your help to understand what other configurations need to be validated?

Hi @Charitha Can you just test the email by just putting simple text in the body ie: "hello" and in "to" section put a hard coded email address and check if it is triggering or not? And can you please share the template details?

  • Delegated person email is added internally by code and not controlled by email template
  • Please validate do not delegate is not enabled by delegated person.
  • Does email address assigned with delegated person ?
  • Did you validated logs ?
