Default Owner to Service Accounts

Hi,

We have a requirement of a SAV ROLE, which should be able to create, modify, enable and disable all service accounts in the system just like the ROLE_ADMIN SAV Role.

However, as per Saviynt support we got to know that only ROLE ADMIN has that privilege or if a particular user is added as Owner to a service account then they can modify, enable or disable a service account.

Apart from adding an owner to a SAV Role via Manage Service Account tile, is there a way to add another owner as a default owner as Rank 2 to every Service Account, so that the Rank 2 owner can also perform the same CRUD operations on the service account.

Any solutions or workarounds are greatly appreciated.

Hi @AshishDas

You can use a csv upload of option one time to update owners for all service accounts, You can write a custom query and use it in custom query job to update owners based on the conditions you want.

Thanks

Custom Query seemed like a good option but that is in deprecated state, hence wasn't using it. Any other way to have add a default owner to service accounts

its still available in v23.4 or you can use analytics action map account owners
