deep link to reqeust page for specific app

when user clicks catalog item in serviceNow, I want to redirect it to saviynt request page. 

can we use variable to redirect to specfic app?

Deeplinks to application request form are not available in v5.5. You can deeplink to application request forms on EIC versions 2020.x onwards.

can you please advise if any specific configuration needs to be enabled for this? We have tried to open a page say JobList page directly. But the message showed as Operation not allowed and asked to redirect to home.

Right now deep links are not available for all SSM pages. 

The most common use case for using a deep link is to provide direct links to request page for an application, hence deep links are mainly allowed on Request Access page. You can find the list of the deep links for Request Access page under Access Request section here:
